I am a Self-Healing Coach excited to support you through

mental imbalances like anxiety and depression.
For years I struggled with my mental health. I was "diagnosed" with PTSD, a panic disorder, General Anxiety Disorder, Phobias and later Postpartum Depression.
I use the term diagnosed loosely because I have learned that what all those "diagnoses" really meant was that I had a lot of unprocessed, suppressed emotions and I didn't have the tools to process grief from my past experiences.
Every day for years was a struggle. If I was awake, I had anxiety coursing through my body. I had panic attacks all the time and my mind was always buzzing with intrusive, fear-based thoughts.
Getting pregnant amplified everything and after the birth of my daughter, I faced a deep depression that led to suicidal thoughts.
As a result, my thoughts were fearful and negative, I had developed many harmful beliefs that were not serving me, my emotions were all over the place and overwhelmed me, my behaviors lacked integrity and I wasn't proud of my daily actions and how i was choosing to show up for myself and my family.
I saw a therapist for a year, a medical doctor and a psychiatrist. None of them gave me any tools, none of them taught me about my mind, or guided me to release trapped emotions or helped me process my past experiences.
I felt hopeless, scared and lost. I had no idea what to do.
In 2017, I had a spontaneous Spiritual Awakening. During my awakening moment, I was gifted by the Divine with 4 steps to take to self-heal. From that moment on, I made self-discovery my priority and applied the info I had been gifted.
I self- healed all my mental imbalances!
Within less than 2 years, I went from suicidal to living my dream life!
I completely turned my life around by getting really good at these 4 steps:
1. Thought Reprogramming
2.Emotional Alchemy
3.Behaviorial Embodiment
4.Aligned Action
Our thoughts form our beliefs, our beliefs create our emotions and our emotions drive our behaviors and actions. How we choose to manage these internal elements creates the outcomes of our life.
YOU are always creating YOU and when you know how to manage your thoughts, emotions, behaviors and actions with intention you can self-heal and become a person you are proud of.
I know that this Divine information is not meant just for me. So, I am here to show up as a Self-Healing coach to guide others who are struggling with their own mental imbalances so that they can live a thriving life full of joy, peace and ease while focusing their energy on creating their dreams!

My mission in this lifetime is to help the rise of humanity through my teachings of self-healing. We all have the ability and magic within us to heal anything we want to. Rather that is mental, emotional, physical or spiritual.
Ninety percent of illness and dis-ease is due to unprocessed emotions. Which can be completely healed by you. The other ten percent is biological and genetic which can also be transformed and healed by you.
YOU are a powerful being and you can heal yourself of your past wounds, traumas and old, painful stories stored in your memory, by applying my simple 4 step process. I call this the Creating YOU Process because you are always creating you! Yes, even when you are struggling with anxiety or depression, you are still creating you. When you use my Creating You Process with intention you can live a thriving life full of joy, excitement and ease.
When you heal your mind and open your heart, you make space for creativity to flow in and your energy can be used to create a new you and the life of your dreams.
